Two-time European Champions 2026!
The European Championship – ICU Europeans Prague 2026 – was extremely successful for Slovakia. Athletes from the F.R.E.S.H. Zvolen club brought home two team gold medals, and the girls from the UNITY Trenčín club earned a team bronze medal.

The European Championships – ICU Europeans Prague 2026 – were extremely successful for Slovakia. Athletes from the F.R.E.S.H. Zvolen club brought home two team gold medals, and the girls from the UNITY Trenčín club won a team bronze medal. Our representatives thus successfully built upon the excellent representation of the two dance doubles from 2025 – Lucia Tučeková and Tereza Murgašová in the Hip-hop Junior category, and Viktória Budínová and Lucia Michalovičová in the Pom Senior Doubles category.
World Championships - ICU Worlds Cheerleading Championships 2026
Members of the first national junior team SCT 2026 also made their debut at the American ESPN Center. On the largest cheerleading stage, this 25-member national team won a wonderful 5th place for Slovakia in its category. Our representatives thus successfully followed up on the great performance of two dance duos from 2025 – Lucia Tučeková and Tereza Murgašová in the Hip-hop junior category and Viktória Budínová and Lucia Michalovičová in the Pom senior doubles category.

EC Ljubljana 2025
At the European Championships in Ljubljana, Slovakia was represented by the Golden Rabbits team from the F.R.E.S.H. Zvolen club, which won silver medals and the title of vice-champions in their category with their excellent performance. The junior Hip-hop doubles from the Styles Academy Pezinok club – Alexandra Ježíková and Tamara Miškovská – also returned home with a wonderful fourth place.

Although cheerleading only gained official Olympic recognition in 2021, it boasts a global history spanning over a century. In Slovakia, it has been an organized sport since 2022.
